EPA POWER GRAB TO REGULATE DITCHES, GULLIES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY - Human Events
Lawmakers are working to block an unprecedented power grab by the Environmental Protection Agency to use the Clean Water Act (CWA) and control land alongside ditches, gullies and other ephemeral spots by claiming the sources are part of navigable waterways.
Note: Not only does the federal government not have the constitutional authority to do this, but their actions in the name of environmentalism is truly tyrannical and should not be tolerated. It is time for the States to declare, NO MORE.
Contact your representative every chance you get. . .
Vote out your representative for allowing this kind of madness unless they are one of those lawmakers working to block this power grab. . .
Understand, the EPA is a part of the executive branch, which means this is Obama's doing!
